We're supporting a well-established manufacturing company in Hillsboro in their search for a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys owning the AP process, and is comfortable working on-site as part of a hands-on, collaborative accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, including high-volume invoice processing
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Maintain accurate records, coding, and documentation for all transactions
• Support month-end close activities related to AP
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely approvals and payments
• Help identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen internal controls

What We're Looking For:

• Strong AP experience, ideally in a manufacturing or high-volume environment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
• A proactive, dependable, team-oriented approach
